不替代医生,不替代机器人 —— 增强每一位主刀医生We don't replace surgeons. We don't replace robots. We augment every operator.

在外科机器人发展了 25 年之后,有一个事实始终没变:绝大多数软组织手术依然由医生在现场直接执行。 达芬奇全球累计装机约 1 万台、累计手术约 1,500 万例 —— 相对于全球每年约 3 亿例外科手术,机器人手术占比始终不到 5%。25 years into the robotic surgery era, one fact remains unchanged: the overwhelming majority of soft-tissue surgeries are still performed by surgeons themselves. Da Vinci has accumulated 15M procedures globally — but against 300M annual surgeries worldwide, robotic surgery remains below 5% penetration.

向术医疗科技要做的事情很明确 —— 做软组织手术的术中空间智能平台,以医生本人为中心,把术前影像、术中变形、组织语义、器械位置、决策辅助实时整合到医生的视野中。我们不替代医生,也不替代手术机器人;我们增强每一位主刀医生 —— 通过给他们装上一双能看穿组织的新眼睛、一个持续辅助判断的术中大脑。Our mission is clear — to build the intraoperative Spatial AI platform for soft-tissue surgery. Surgeon-centered, integrating preoperative imaging, intraoperative deformation, tissue semantics, instrument tracking, and decision support directly into the operator's field of view. We don't replace anyone. We give every surgeon a new pair of eyes that can see through tissue, and a real-time intraoperative brain.

Miga 教授。主导开发完整 MR 肝脏手术导航系统,在 J Med Imaging、IEEE TBME 等期刊发表多篇代表性一作论文。专注于 MR 手术导航、软组织形变补偿、Surgical Spatial AI 方向。 Ph.D. in Biomedical Engineering from Vanderbilt, supervised by Prof. Michael I. Miga (AIMBE Fellow, BME Department Chair). Lead developer of the comprehensive MR liver surgery navigation system. Multiple first-author publications in J Med Imaging, IEEE TBME. Focuses on MR navigation, soft-tissue deformation, and Surgical Spatial AI.

复旦大学软件工程学士、范德堡大学物理信息系统硕士、计算机科学博士。师从范德堡电子与计算机工程学院院长、Cornelius Vanderbilt 荣誉教授 Benoit Dawant。专长医学图像配准、解剖结构点云配准、医学基础模型。目前任范德堡医学图像分析实验室研究员。 B.S. Software Engineering (Fudan), M.S. CPS, Ph.D. CS (Vanderbilt). Supervised by Prof. Benoit Dawant (Cornelius Vanderbilt Distinguished Professor, EECS Department Chair). Expert in medical image registration, point cloud matching, and foundation models for anatomy. Currently a researcher at Vanderbilt MIP Lab.
